This innovative intelligent system can be programmed
to allow the continuous monitoring of the battery. It is
based on the measuring and storing of the actual
battery input and output ampere-hours (Ah) during the
charge and discharge phases. This innovative operating
system is suitable for any type of battery, and gives
precise information on the actual capacity given by the
system and on the remaining work time. After entering
the actual capacity of the battery, this system allows
the charge reserve in Ah to be set to optimize the use
of the residual capacity of the battery - or - to inhibit
totally or partly the use of the system powered by the
battery. During the recharge phase, besides indicating
and storing the ampere-hours absorbed by the battery,
this system can cause the interruption of the charge on
reaching the set Ah value.
These instruments are high precision indicators of
battery charge level . They units feature multiple
voltage capability – 12, 24, 36 & 48V with an 8 position
rotary dipswitch to enable setting of low voltage limit
(R models). Charge reserve is shown by 8 high luminosity
LED indicators. C models have a 6-digit digital hour
meter w/memory Units have reverse polarity
protection and utilize Molex connectors.

These instruments offers a high precision display of
battery charge level while displaying real-time
information on autonomy and charge reserves. This
makes it possible to interrupt use to enable recharge
before any damaging excessive discharges have
occurred. Theyare equipped with a battery type switch
to allow use with flooded or gel batteries. In addition
they have a locking output with memory that only resets
after the battery pack has been recharged.
These devices accurately display battery charge status
enabling the operator to determine when interruption of
machine operation is necessary in order to avoid battery
damage.
